Bobbi Kristina Brown has been sued by a motorist over an alleged January car crash – despite her remaining unresponsive in a hospice.
Whitney Houston’s daughter has been fighting for her life in hospital since the end of January, when she was found unresponsive in her bath.
She was recently moved to a hospice and has been surrounded by her loved ones ever since.
Now Russell J. Eckerman has brought a lawsuit against the 22-year-old, claiming Bobbi was driving a 2005 Jeep Liberty that collided with his Ford Taurus in north Fulton County on Jan 27.
Bobbi was found in her bathtub just days later.
As Bobbi remains unresponsive, the suit will now go through her guardians, those being her father Bobby Brown and aunt Pat Houston, as well as her conservator, Bedelia Hargrove
“Defendant Brown was traveling at an imprudent speed for conditions and was following too closely and improperly attempted to change lanes in order to avoid the vehicle stopping in front of her,” the lawsuit claims.
“Defendant Brown lost control of the vehicle she was operating crossed the center line and collided with Plaintiff’s vehicle causing extensive damage to Plaintiff’s vehicle and serious personal injury to Plaintiff.”
Eckerman suffered serious injuries and his medical bills exceed $730,000, the suit claims.
